I BALZINI Purple Label: a creamy sweet and sour sauce produced from concentrated grape must and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena (IGP).

Tasting Notes

To the eye: an intense and brilliantn brown, creamy and syrupy in consistence

Aroma: sweet and sour, balanced, intense, and delicate

Flavor: sweet and sour, pleasurably balanced with the typical fruitiness of concentrated grappe must

Production technique: produced from heated and concentrated grape must (with a lenghty process aimed at giving a denser consistence) and the aged balsmaic vinegar of Modena.

Suggestions: store at room temperature. It is important that the product not be subjected to temperature swings.

With food: to season soups, salads, sandwiches, salami, French fried potatoes, eggs, fish, roasts or boiled meat, pizza, cheese, fruit, ice cream, desserts.

Notes: free of genetically modified substances, of colorants (caramel), or preserving agents. It contains sulfites (which have not been added).
