Extra Wine jelly
Produced with the wine I Balzini White Label, this jelly, full of aromas, is spontaneously borned to be accompanied with food and dishes. Fine and eclectic, the extra wine jelly is produced in small quantity and made in small elegant jars of 110 grams.
The way to produce it is similar to the one used for fruit jellies without added aromas, colourings or preservatives. The ingredients are I Balzini White Label wine, sugar and fruit pectin directly made in the company. This process preserves the wine flavours, while the alcohol evaporates during the cooking.
Advises and Accompaniments
Thanks to the softness of its taste, the wine jelly is a perfect accompaniment with soft and mid- seasoned cheese. It also goes very well with game, cream ice and yogurt.
