I Balzini Purple Label: A creamy sweet and sour sauce produced from concentrated grape must and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena (IGP).
To the eye: An intense and brilliantn brown, creamy and syrupy in consistence.
Aroma: Sweet and sour, balanced, intense, and delicate.
Flavor: Sweet and sour, pleasurably balanced with the typical fruitiness of concentrated grappe must.
Production technique: Produced from heated and concentrated grape must (with a lenghty process aimed at giving a denser consistence) and the aged balsmaic vinegar of Modena.
Suggestions: Mantenere preferibilmente a temperatura ambiente. E’ importante che il prodotto non subisca sbalzi di temperatura.
With food: To season soups, salads, sandwiches, salami, French fried potatoes, eggs, fish, roasts or boiled meat, pizza, cheese, fruit, ice cream, desserts.
Notes: Free of genetically modified substances, of colorants (caramel), or preserving agents. It contains sulfites (which have not been added).
